Fresher’s Day – 28th batch of Computer Aided Structural Analysis and Design

An event to welcome to the first year students of M.Tech Computer Aided Structural Analysis and Design was organized by the Department of Ship Technology, CUSAT on 3 August 2023.

The M.Tech course co-ordinator, Dr. Manoj T Issac, Dept. of Ship Technology, welcomed the new students and congratulated them for having selected a very relevant and promising course for their post graduation.

Speaking on this occasion, Dr. Satheesh Babu P K, Head, Dept of Ship Technology delivered the presidential address, introducing them to the facilities and encouraging them to participate actively in all the programmes conducted by the University.

Prof. K Sivaprasad K, Prof. A. Mathiazagan,  Dr. DD Ebenezer, and  Dr Rajesh P Nair spoke during the function and gave encouraging examples of their own student and professional life.

This was followed by self introduction by the first year students, and other games and entertainment activities were also hosted.
