Dr. Beena Mary John

Beena Mary John received B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from School of Engineering, CUSAT and M.Tech degree in Computer Aided Structural Analysis and Design from Department of Ship Technology, CUSAT. She completed her Ph.D degree in Marine Structures - Applied Mechanics & Hydraulics in 2018 from National Institute of Technology Karnataka. Before joining CUSAT in 2019, she worked at Tata Consultancy Services, RSET and Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies. She has around 17 publications and is passionate about research in the area of fluid structure interaction, physical and numerical modelling of marine/ocean structures.
